No fine print and no surprises. Here's exactly what's yours on a monthly plan, what stays ours, and what happens the day you decide to leave.
Yours, always
Everything you bring us
Your logo, photos, written copy, branding, and any other material you supply stays yours from day one. If you cancel, we return it and delete our copies.
Your domain
Your domain name is yours. You can transfer it to any registrar or provider you like, at any time, whether or not you stay with us.
Your business data
Bookings, customers, contact-form enquiries, and invoices are your records. You can export them at any time from your admin, and we will export them for you on request when you leave.
Ours, and why
A monthly plan buys you a website that works and a person who answers the phone — not a one-time build you take away. That's the trade that keeps it at plan pricing.
The website itself
The design, code, and templates behind your site are our software, licensed to you for as long as you're subscribed. The monthly plan is an ongoing service, not a build you take with you — that's what keeps it at plan pricing instead of an agency-sized invoice.
The booking system
The booking and calendar system is our own platform, which we host, secure, and maintain. It isn't transferred or licensed separately. Your booking data is still yours and still exportable.
If you cancel
- Your site stays live to the end of your current billing period, then comes offline.
- Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation, then it's permanently deleted.
- We return the materials you supplied and delete our copies.
- Your domain is unaffected — it's yours, and you can point it anywhere.
Setup & commitment
$499 one-time setup — waived when you pay annually.
Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel any time. Annual plans run for the 12 months you commit to, then continue month-to-month.
Want to own it outright?
Then the monthly plan isn't the right fit, and we'd rather tell you that now. We also build one-time custom websites from $2,000: you own the design and the complete files, host them wherever you like, and carry no ongoing commitment to us. It's a larger one-time cost instead of a monthly one. Get in touch and we'll scope it and quote it.
